Mr. Laimböck founded the Company in 2002 and serves as its Managing Director. With 14 years
of ICT industry experience of which 8 years in executive positions he is well positioned to lead
the Company to sustainable growth, market success and value creation.
Prior to founding the Company Laimböck served as Director Global Account Management EMEA at
Lucent Technologies where he was responsible for day-to-day operations and leading the team in the
EMEA region as well as driving new business opportunities at WorldCom and UUNet. Preceeding this assignment
he was Director New Operators at Lucent Technologies. As a member of the Management Team he was responsible
for day-to-day operations, the customer team, strategy and development of the New Operator market
in the region. He joined Lucent Technologies as Country Director Ascend Netherlands responsible for their
Dutch operations and the integration of Ascend Netherlands into Lucent.
Before that Laimböck served as Managing Director EMEA at Symplex Communications leading the Company through a
successful restructuring and financial turnaround resulting in the first profitable year for the entire Company
since 5 years. He joined Symplex Communications as a Consultant and was rapidly promoted
to Sales Director and Managing Director EMEA. Before that he held several senior Business Development, Sales and
Consulting positions at leading companies.
